Forest Forensics: Guided hike at Paavola Wetlands

Forest forensics is the art and science of reading the forested landscape, formally described by Tom Wessels of Antioch University.
This year MSU Extension is hosting an introductory webinar on Tuesday, October 7th from 6-7pm. During the webinar, presenters will give a brief description of forest forensics, then an overview of each of the history hikes.
The Houghton County history hike will take place at Paavola Wetlands. It is hosted by MTU's Center for Science and Environmental Outreach in partnership the Keweenaw Land Trust and T.E. Oliver photography. Please register below!
