Administrative & Development Coordinator

Margaret joined KLT serving in a newly established role as Administrative and Development Coordinator. She brings 15 years of experience working with environmental nonprofits, including 10 years in administrative roles supporting organizational operations and mission-driven initiatives. 
Margaret earned a B.A. in Political Science from Wayne State University and has a strong background in nonprofit administration, project coordination, and community focused conservation work. 
Originally from the Metro Detroit area and raised along the shores of Lake St. Clair, Margaret developed an early appreciation for the importance of protecting natural spaces and waterways. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, and exploring the natural beauty of the Keweenaw and beyond.
