Highlights

This is a beautiful parcel with Jacob's Creek running through it and emptying into Lake Superior at a fine example of rock and sand covered beach for a nice 1400 foot stretch. To get to the beach you have to cross Jacob's Creek and walk through a pine forest that stablizes the dune. It is a lovely spot for a picnic and a swim on a hot day.
