Apr. 2009 - Invasive Species of the Great Lakes Workshop

Learn about invasive species of the Great Lakes and how you can help protect the healthy fisheries of Keweenaw and Huron Bays.

This workshop will take place at the KBIC Tribal Hatchery, 14359 Pequaming Road, L'anse, MI.

* Fish hatchery operations and programs, including a brief tour by Gene Mensch, KBIC fisheries biologist

* Invasive species of the Great Lakes -- a talk by the Wildlife Society of Michigan Tech

* FREE handouts & invasive species 'watch cards' to take home

* Ask Project Specialist about land trust programs and projects
