June 2008 - Bringing Nature to Technology
Youth Classes Being Offered, June 24-26
|

The Community Arts Center has partnered with the Keweenaw Land Trust to offer a class with Randy Richmond on Bringing Nature to Technology for youth 9-11 and 12-18. The three day class will take place at the Marsin Nature Retreat Center on June 24-26. Students will spend time in nature, treading softly, observing and looking for texture and color present in natural objects, collecting, composing, scanning, and discussing their creations. The fee for the class is $60. Some scholarship assistance is available. Please call the CCCAC at 906-482-2333 to register in advance.
